MGA ANNOUNCE PROPERTIES TO BE SHOWCASED AT
LICENSING SHOW
MGA Entertainment will bring a number of
their new brands to Licensing Show this year
including Little Tikes, the brand acquired by
MGA earlier this year. Little Tikes, a well-known
toy and furniture line, is now being expanded
by MGA into new categories including toys
and a number of lifestyle product ranges.
Positioned as a classic evergreen brand
that is committed to active, hands-on
play that celebrates imagination and eve-
ryday learning experiences, the licensing
program will target lifestyle categories aimed
at children aged seven and under with prod-
ucts expected to include diapers, vitamins, publishing and sportswear.
Bratz, of course, will continue to play a major part in MGA’s Licensing Show presence. The
popular Bratz dolls will come alive in Bratz: The Movie this August, the first live-action feature
film based on the fashion dolls.
Bratz: The Movie is directed by Sean McNamara. Arad Productions’ Avi Arad together with
MGA Entertainment’s Isaac Larian and Crystal Sky Pictures’ Steven Paul are producing the film
which will be released in the US through Lionsgate.
