MARVEL AGENT
At a presentation held durin� this year’s Licensin� Show in New York,
Marvel made their a�ency awards for the year. Whilst the UK won in
terms of territories, the top independent a�ency, and the company
that came second only to Marvel’s UK of��ce, was Sao Paulo�based
ITC, headed by Peter Carrero.
As part of the presentation, Marvel presented Peter and his team
with a Spider�Man comic book, entitled ‘The Amazin� Peter Carrero
and with a cover usin� Carrero’s head in place of Spider�Man’s.
As Marvel explained to the assembled audience, “ITC is now in the
Marvel Hall of Fame”. The presentation was made by Peter Stalder,
Director of Licensin� for Latin America and Daniela Tose, Director of
Licensin� for Europe (formerly handlin� Latin America).
